📚autobiographical book on how she dealt with heartbreak (esp after a codependent relationship). Incredibly well done, very human and accepting of mistakes whilst keeping an overall optimistic tone.

my favorite book of all time. it should be required reading for everyone. i hate self-help books but this is a memoir, which made it feel much more real and moving to me. it's filled with shared human experiences so i think we can all take something from it in some way.

😃I never understood what it meant to meditate till I looked into ”mindfulness meditation” — realized I get into meditative states often and didnt realize it’s part of a practice- its impossible to “empty” the mind - but being aware of what is pulling your attention can be the first step to being present -
