my elementary school field trips used to somehow always end with us running back to school in the rain, and one group of boys would always run around without their umbrellas yelling āskin is waterproof!!!ā
i rolled my eyes at them at the time but in retrospect they made a good point!
woke up today not expecting rain but on the way to class i was met with it
and everytime i walk in the pouring rain my mind goes back to when i was seven running around as a kid with all my cousins in the rain
those were the days
i used to beā¦idkā¦embarrassed of carrying an umbrella? like come on itās only rain. but what! itās so nice not to be soaked! iām glad i came around to the idea of owning an umbrella
