Steal from whole foods

The workers will ALWAYS turn a blind eye. I read an article about it on the interweb so it must be true. Usually helps if you actually buy one thing under $10 at self checkout. Make sure you do a duck face in the camera so you don’t get caught 😗✌️

drinking from hand crafted cups

something about sipping a coffee or tea from a hand crafted ceramic mug makes me appreciate the experience far more than from a to-go cup or ikea mug. it allows me to be more present in those sacred moments - each sip, my lips coming in contact with time that an artist put into their passion.

Requesting your doctor prescribe a seaside getaway

why has the medical society done away with this? my zoloft can only do so much to my brain chemistry that an escape to the ocean can - a complete immersion into the sounds of the sea sounds and my skewed psyche.
