Honestly, peanut butter on anything. Saltines are super cheap, peanut butter is super cheap. It is a very filling snack, and enough of them makes a meal. You can also add honey or jelly or something else if you wanna spice it up, but as a former food pantry kid, saltines and peanut butter all the way

need to be alone? your best bet is a single occupancy public restroom. nothing beats that moment when the door locks and nothing, not even the worst smell you’ve ever smelled can beat the solace of finding yourself enclosed in a protected room with a toilet and maybe even a sink.
