This is my OG favorite album of all time. Discovered the Gorillaz when I was 10, downloaded the entire album to my iPod, and haven’t stopped loving them since. 🫶🏽
that harpsichord sample at the beginning of the song is so unexpected that you can't help but get hooked into listening to the rest of the track. above all, the beat is magnetic and incredibly bouncey
this is a tough one. my answer will vary heavily depending on the genre and there are genuinely so many to cover from 2000 to 2009. however, if i was forced to listen to only one song on repeat, it'd probably be this one.
