1 banana 1 cup frozen blueberries 1/4 cup frozen sweet dark cherries 1/2 cup soy milk 1 cup spinach 1 tbsp chia seeds 2 tbsp peanut butter or 1 serving protein powder or 2 tbsp peanut butter powder (depending on my mood/exercise level)
top w granola or dark chocolate catalina crunch cereal and eat with a spoon 🥄

-Equal parts frozen blueberries & bananas - 1-1.5 cup of almond milk (or milk of choice) - 1 scoop of protein powder - 1 tbsp of cocoa powder - 1-2 tbsp of Greek vanilla yogurt (or any you want tbh) - OPTIONAL: A handful of semisweet chocolate chips (for additional texture)
Literally my favorite smoothie recipe ever, it’s not too overwhelmingly sweet, and the cacao powder gives it a hint of nuttiness/bitterness(?) to balance out the flavor palette
