-Equal parts frozen blueberries & bananas
- 1-1.5 cup of almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 1 scoop of protein powder
- 1 tbsp of cocoa powder
- 1-2 tbsp of Greek vanilla yogurt (or any you want tbh)
- OPTIONAL: A handful of semisweet chocolate chips (for additional texture)
Literally my favorite smoothie recipe ever, it’s not too overwhelmingly sweet, and the cacao powder gives it a hint of nuttiness/bitterness(?) to balance out the flavor palette
