Weekdays are for locals - Go have a drink at a mostly empty bar, talk to the person next to you, order something you’ve never had before. Be open to the world around you. intertwine yourself in the fabric which is your community. Your local sushi spot probably just got a fresh shipment in. The gin martini is calling, answer the phone.
