this billboard has served as my family’s most important mile marker for years. so random, so mysterious. why is he peeking over the grass like that? who put him there?
i also like the ones about guns. there’s one in southern ohio that says “girls gotta have guns” in a cursive glittery font and i think about it everyday. i also like the homemade crosses and “jesus saves” signs that are just kinda stuck to the sides of hills. america is beautiful
even if shit continues to hit the fan, pretty much everyone ends up exactly where they’re supposed to be. you will find a place to live, a job, a lover, friends, etc. just keep going and it will be ok.
