Game changer for me. Iโve tried sleeping on another pillow a few times since and nothing else will do! I have terrible sleep posture and this helps make sure I donโt wake up with needless neck pain

But the cervical neck pillow is a game changer. I have one from core products . They look silly and pillowcases fit a little weird but I still like mine
