pre-lasik (sort of a rec too, i guess) every time i cleaned my glasses, i would be delighted by how nice things look when there aren't smudges in the way. i was reminded of this feeling again when i cleaned my laptop screen at a cafe on friday with a white linen napkin and some ice water. round motions (wax on wax off type shxt) seems to be the way to go here.

ft² for ft², crisp, bright mirrors make the biggest impact on perceived cleanness*. sure, floors and other surfaces are important. but a freshly cleaned mirror makes an exponential difference. keep ‘em clean! ——— *I’m not including mess in this equation, just dirtiness.

absolutely no reason why non-legal virtual documents should have page-breaks. kinda awkward, ugly, and (as of relatively recently) no longer necessary.

I'm a lefty so I have a tough relationship with smudging ink. Pencil feels right and I love being able to erase. I just ordered a new pencil from leuchtturm1917 that I am excited to write notes with.

The digital version of leaving a bunch of disposable cameras on the tables for wedding guests to use. Everyone at the event is allotted a few pics to add into a big ole group album.
