It’s impossible to realize while it’s happening but it’s sometimes just what you need to snap yourself out of your head and appreciate all that’s good in your life!
Nothing will change your life more than a daily acknowledgement that even though the world is fucked up and very much goes wrong, there are still beautiful worthwhile things to celebrate and moments of undeniable good.
Last night I received a fairly inconsequential but upsetting text and instead of my usual wallowing and groveling, I celebrated the good things that come along with the information and have been on cloud nine since. Choosing optimism this month

You’re not supposed to interact or pet them only because they like it and shouldn’t get use to human interaction because that will increase them swimming to the surface and getting injured or killed by boats.
They’re brains are small but they’re really smart…..(kinda how I feel about myself)
