hi certified skincare girlie here. i just use cerave pm 24/7 morning or night, and use a separate sunscreen! but if thats not your thing, you use AM in the morning/day and then wash it off — after you wash the AM off you can then apply the PM and be good and chill and go to sleep!

Another certified skincare girlie here to say use that PM moisturizer after your late afternoon or evening showers! Usually the difference in what makes a product nighttime/bedtime/PM is there are active ingredients that are sun sensitive (and even then, most -but not all- of them are fine if you wear a good spf with) . So you can apply it whenever makes sense with your showering/washing your face, if you're done being out in the sun, it def doesn’t have to be *right* before bed 🧖‍♀️

AM: no face wash, just a water cleanse, Benton Snail Bee High Content Steam Cream, Beauty of Joseon Rice + Probiotic SPF 50 PM: safflower cleansing oil (i decant some in a bottle and add a few drops of spearmint oil which is great if you have PCOS), Pyunkang Yul Acne Gel Cleanser, Cetaphil Moisturising Cream. Maybe I’ll throw in a toner if im feeling crazy. I like Dear Klairs Supple Preparation Toner. i also use the Cerave Retinol Resurfacing Serum and COSRX’s BHA Blackhead Power Liquid twice a week at night (never both products on the same day) and the I’m From Mugwort Mask once a week.

years ago i had to see a dermatologist (my Accutane era, IYKYK) and she recommended these Cerave moisturizers. has ceramides and niacinamides plus the AM one has spf 30. and i use their regular moisturizing cream (pictured) for my healing tattoo, arms, legs, etc.
