It makes me feel like a superhero when I just throw in a ton of random stuff and make a brown smoothie. It’s like wow so many vitamins and minerals. Pictured here we have spinach, pineapple date, blueberry, peach, ginger, lemon, lime, cucumber, ice, coconut milk.

I begin every morning with mango, acai, banana, spinach, and ginger blended up into silky frozen goodness. Just drop the whole root in. Then I balance the smoothie with bacon, hash browns, eggs, and ketchup.

If you’re within an hour walk from home, you should just walk home. I understand taking public transit or an Uber there to be on time, but you’re not rushing to get home. Thus, walk.
