There's nothing quite like getting up in the morning, having a wee snack and a big mug of coffee, and doing the NYT Spelling Bee while I wait for my Vyvanse to kick in. It's a little game on the NYT games app (yes I shell out the $ for it every month) where you try to come up with 4+ letter words using the select letters you are given that day. It makes me feel smart and like my brain is working and warming up (as opposed to scrolling on IG and a surplus of numbness). 🧠💪
