using a non pigmented dry shampoo every now and then can help soak up the oil. And using a purifying shampoo once a week is good too. For both I like the products from the brand Drybar. And if you have access to ordering japanese hair products I know there’s a couple of like blotting powders and sheets made specifically for hair

Use a weekly mask and A leave in treatment / oil

Ok introduce a mask once a week there are lots of options would help to have more info on your hair type and issues but! Generally speaking For hair masks: kerastase Virtue (I like the one in navy blue tub) k18 Leonor greyl Then also Leave in treatments just load it on at night and try to leave it in for like 16-18 hours I do this the night before a day I know I’m just gna wear my hair up for this I like: -olaplex 3 -olaplex 8 -shu uemura overnight serum (I reviewed it on instyle lol https://www.instyle.com/shu-uemura-essence-absolue-overnight-serum-review-8418139 ) A bonus - add in an oil p much anytime can be on clean her or on top of the ends after an overnight treatment. I like: -Roz treatment oil -kerastase oil (the one in a gold pump bottle) -shu uemura essence absolute hair cream (oil cream hybrid) -Elemis body hair and nail oil (multi use and i love her)

Using a clarifying shampoo⭐️

Just every once in a while, specially if you like to not wash your hair everyday or if you use a lot of things to style it. make sure to pair it with a moisturizer on your ends hehe :)

wash your hair less

i know this seems counterintuitive, but greasy hair often means your hair is overproducing oils because it is being washed—and the natural oils are being stripped—too often, and it is trying to compensate for this! try washing less and you will ~hopefully~ see results! i struggled with super greasy hair during my teen years and towards the end of high school i finally changed my washing habits and ive never had greasy hair since (over a decade)! and ive had bangs nearly my whole life. i also recommend dry shampoo if you need it between washes, some companies make travel sizes so you can carry some with you!
