☀️okay i KNOW this is one of many recs i’ve made about sitting in the sun, but it’s because this winter has made me realize how crucial it is to my mental health. today it feels like spring, i’m drinking a bottle of elderberry ginger juice while sitting on the porch, my freckles are slowly making their way back onto my face, and my soul feels open to all of the possibilities in the universe. god bless
