If I come across new music I haven't listened to, one of my main deciding factors for listening is based on the album cover!!! it has to be good and original .. Self-portraits for album covers are great, but when it's just a flash pic with a filter on it? What am I supposed to be expecting here... #boring feel like newer artists who are DIYing everything are losing some creative sparks out of convenience... if you're making music that you want lots of people to listen to, you gotta be purposeful with how you present your image!!! after taking a music marketing class I'm hyper aware of how people choose to present their music ... interesting for sure, but I want to be drawn in !!!!
