The one in the big jug. I have used this all over my body for years — it is the BEST body lotion in the game imo.
This winter I started using it on my face too and it’s the only reason my skin isn’t flaking away.
It’s gentle! It’s affordable! It’s drugstore! And it’s probably dermatologist recommended too!

4 ur hands there’s a Cerave hand specific lotion or i just started trader joe’s hand cream and it rocks so far (guava is the seasonal rn and it smells soo good)
4 like regular non-specific lotion i like cetaphil, not married to this one, just haven't tried a lot of these

This brand is seriously amazing for it. I've seen it in Target / Ulta etc but you can also order on Amazon.
Look into the following from them
- Lipikar AP+ Triple Repair Moisturizing Cream (this stuff is great and can be used on your body and face)
- Lipikar AP+ Gentle Foaming Facial Wash
- Lipikar AP + Gentle Foaming Cleansing Oil
- Toleriane Hydrating Gentle Face Cleanser (I'd compare the three cleansers and see which one is best for you)
- Cicaplast Balm B5
- Toleriane Double Repair Face Moisturizer
Another great moisturizer that has done wonders in repairing my skin barrier was the CeraVe Moisturizing Cream (the one in the 1.19 lb jug that's blue and white in packaging) - this is also great on the body!
also not to be super annoying but water intake is super important too! staying hydrated will keep your skin hydrated! & a good excuse for a cute water bottle. :) I aim for 80-100 oz / day.
