therapy has helped a ton but going on meds is the best thing I’ve ever done for myself.
Once I went on Cymbalta I realized that constantly feeling anxious didn’t have to be the norm for me. Life changing lol
I don’t notice strong side effects from either and I’m wayyyy happier !

YES this was one of my first recommendations sincerely such a miracle drug for me. Been in stimulant limbo for years, doctors repeatedly told me non-stim adhd meds would never work for me after being on amphetamines for so many years.
WELLBUTRIN IS WORKING !!
Anyone that takes amphetamines for adhd and doesnt know if they can get off & still make things happen try this shit on god!
It’s technically an anti-depressant (also used to treat adhd) and it defo anti-depressed me which has also helped me be more productive.
Also increases libido by the way..
