its hard to explain... experiencing my favorite objects and passing them on willingly to the people i love the most allows for me to be able to depart from the physical attachments that i have to the world... while being able to give unto others genuinely from da heart

when i get something new and can get rid of something i had, i think of someone in my life who might like or need it and offer it to them first. have successfully reassigned items to loved ones such as lightly used rugs, office chairs, good pants...
i may be taking a financial loss by not reselling nice items but i am always so happy to see the item in use at a later date.

Not to your detriment but ask yourself if you still really need it. Is your time with it done? Could someone else give it a different story?

Holding sentimental value to anything you touch is a gift. Maybe not the most practical, but a gift nonetheless.

- chicken breast - onions - pasta of your choice - green and/or red peppers - tomatoes - salt / pepper - heavy cream - shredded cheese or Parmesan
preseason your chicken and cook with little oil and medium heat, flip abt every 5-7 minutes until they’re crispy, brown and a little black to your preference ofc
When the chicken is done you cut it into slices to your liking (I do straight slices like tenders) You can boil your pasta in a separate pot while the chicken cooks & in the same pan you cooked the chicken, caramelize your onions, and add your veggies & then add your pasta & heavy cream…
let everything simmer on low hit for abt 2 minutes & then add your chicken, mix it all together, cover your pan & then let it simmer on low for 5-10 minutes
& whenever your ready top it off with your cheese… Let it melt into everything else & then it’s ready!
