Ok, I did steal this idea from this from that influencer who may or may not be in a Mormon cult. Anyway, whisk an egg with some oat milk, fresh chives, and thyme. Grab a slice of bread with some heft to it. Soak bread in the egg mixture and pan fry on both sides. Top with a little arugula, lemon/olive oil dressing, a fried egg, and thatโs breakfast! โจ
