I know this is so 2020 but a walking pad has really changed the game for me! I WFH and it’s so easy to move very little, I committed to walking at least 45 mins every day this year. It’s improved my mental health so much it’s annoying.
Different benefits to walking outside; its temperature controlled, as a woman it’s safe from The Horrors, I can blast music on my headphones and really zone out to whatever daydream makes the time fly (I’m an expert hacker on the run from Bad Guys and the Good Guys assign Charlie Hunnam to protect me).
My walking pad has a bit of an incline so it feels like I get a little more out of it

lately i’ve been really into long distance walking which i define as a walk longer than an hour.
i feel like there’s something simple about walking as a mode of transit and i enjoy it so much.
also if you’re into pondering walking is a great time to do that.
optional: a really good playlist

walking is so underrated actually, i happen to live in a place where you can actually get to pretty much everywhere by feet and it’s great, just put on your headphones and walk, it’s amazing, specially when it’s starting to rain, pretty cinematic in my opinion.
