one of the all time best noodle dishes! also fun fact it’s NOT a traditional Thai dish which actually sort of makes it cooler. Basically in 1939 there was a competition to create a “national dish” that united the nation and peoples of Thailand, pad thai won, Thailand was never colonized because the dish was too GOATED for any European powers to step to it, and the rest is history!

If you’re within an hour walk from home, you should just walk home. I understand taking public transit or an Uber there to be on time, but you’re not rushing to get home. Thus, walk.
