which sounds funny or maybe even rude at first but i’ve always been someone with a big appetite (on and off athletic and i’m tall as hell) and i’ve always been the friend that finishes my plate or goes for seconds. i remember an old coworker of mine saw my lunch i brought (a big tupperware of pasta or some other leftovers) and after i finished eating they said “i really admire how much you eat” or something along those lines and it really healed the 14 year old in me who used to starve themselves and hate my appetite

let the flesh of ur body overindulge from time to time, not all the time- just enough to understand what those ye olden feasting kings were on about being gluttonous (plus in my case its literally the only food in the house rn and im hungee bc i havent eaten all day so this actually a cry for help)
