Now that I’m single again, I’m having a party for my friends and making little goodie bags and just trying to make everyone feel loved on the 13th, since there’s so much emphasis on romance. It shouldn’t be any more romantic for couples than any other day of the year; it should be an excuse to do it one extra time, or go just a little more all out. It’s an excuse to do what you already want to for your person/people.
