I was at the office late (working on personal projects and waiting for traffic to cool down) and my boss noticed on his way out. He pointedly told me to go home so our new VP wouldn’t come to expect me to be in the office late. My boss may not have work-life balance but he won’t tolerate it in me lol
the thing about this website is that i absolutely know no one and its like we are in kindergarten can we share this box of crayons and also divulge all our (and our family's) secrets and keep them close to our hearts
it is not small talk, i am fully immersed in discussing the wind and the rain. its a whole conversation and then some, come lets move into my office and we can discuss this deeper.
