🎣Facebook Reels has been showing me fishing videos for the past hour. I’m not sure if I want to fish, if I want to eat fish, or if my brain has matured and I’m attracted to people who meditate and hunt for their family? Feeling really neolithic about this. Possibly the recession is getting to me

🥦Right now i’m pacing around my kitchen head banging to incubus embarking on a fruit and vegetable power eating circuit. I’m taking straight up frozen broccoli and doing sets of 10x florets like it’s chin-ups or something.. switching of it’s 10 x Brussels sprouts.. I can barley even taste what i’m eating.. in between, I'm drinking cups filled with frozen cherries, blueberries, raspberries etc (taste like candy) … sure i enjoy the popular.. casual.. communal.. ritualistic.. aspect’s of preparation dining and what not.. but i think for even just 20 min out of your day it’s important enough to give an approach like this a try.. and i think there’s something to standing and moving while chewing and digesting that dials in your metabolic rate.. because before you say it, yeah.. i know about smoothies
