Such a cliche answer I know but it really helped me get my life together as a constantly disorganised person!

I know I know, but I read this book for the first time quite recently and it’s changed my perspective, I’ve heard of her method but actually reading her book and her explanations really brought the point home. Also Rajiv Surendra on YouTube makes me really think about what I should bring into my home.

I love finding wisdom in trite, intentionally wise and clever places (ex. Musicals) I feel like I’m always in a place where I could learn or know more about myself or why I am internally structured the way I am. Reading self help books can be a vibe and it is one to me. Just read ā€œThe Mountain is Youā€ that one was nice, ā€œAtomic Habitsā€ is amazing, love Joe Dispenza across the board.

Aka typography that is still legible after some sort of transformation/shift in interpretation.
For example, here’s one by the amazing John Langdon (it reads ā€œAngels & Demonsā€œ both right side up and upside down!)
It sounds harder than it is and honestly feels like wizardry when it finally clicks.

Sandel’s ability to distill complex philosophical ideas into coherent, intuitive concepts is nothing short of a magic trick.

1. Learning about the various ingredients and how they work is surprisingly fascinating 2. Testing them out to see which ones your skin responds the best to is fun! 3. After a couple weeks/months when the results start to show is the most satisfying thing ever
