I recently learned that elderly people don't necessarily have to lose their teeth as they get older. The ones who get to keep their teeth hold gingivitis at bay by flossing daily.

Who would have guessed that the best way to get me to floss was to take away my dental insurance ? It has finally after 20+ years of having teeth become part of my routine and it should be part of yours as well !!!!

i floss every single day. i have never not flossed in my lifetime. im flossing right now. its veyr importnat to floss and take care of your teeth. i cannot sleep without flossing. I love floss
