day 3 and i’m irritable. i had a dream about eating a cookie last night. but i’m way to prideful to go back on it. does anyone have any tips/is it even worth it. wanted to try it for a month lol

agave, maple syrup, tubindo sugar...really even beet sugar doesn't compare to the C & H Pure Cane experience.

Drink kombucha with low or no sugar like every day! It honestly helps. I've been trying to stop eating refined sugars and for some reason I feel like the probiotic nature of kombucha stops my gut biome from craving as much sugar. This would probably apply to other fermented foods too (kimchi, sauerkraut etc). Another thing that helped was eating more protein. I felt like my body needed a different source of nutrients when I stopped eating so much sugar and eating more protein keeps you fuller longer! Finally, I'd recommend getting a bottle of yummy chewable vitamin C and when you have an intense craving, take ur vitamin C! It feels like having candy, it will help you get through that tough craving moment!

don’t give up! it’s tough in the beginning. i cut it out 2 years ago and my skin/stomach are never better. consume honey, blueberries, whatever fruit you like. also dark chocolate with no sugar or with coconut sugar. i’m really obsessed with the brand ”hu” - their dark chocolate is great and there’s a lot of flavors

I think withdrawal kind of has to happen, unfortunately. But one potential solution: artificially sweetened treats that might be able to trick your mind a bit. A Lily's bar, some So Delicious sugar free ice cream, just a couple ideas. Good luck, I think it is worth it

thejk i give up sugar periodically and this is one of my main tips. good 'fake sugar' treats do trick your brain/fix cravings. also the first two weeks are the hardest. it's easy after that.

i get six hours of sleep a night and my biggest vices are caffeine and refined sugar. could never give up caffeine so sugar it is (trying for a month)

Ice cream is built into my food pyramid, but recently realized Sugar is the hardest legal drug in the us lol & it runs our entire economy. Well yes If i see n0n-dairy Oat milk macadamia nut vegan delicious w. Jimmy falon on it near check out, i’m buying that treat. anything more than 16g Cane Sugar will derail me for the afternoon sigh. I will have Acne, mood swings, crash, shame all before i put away my other groceries, fighting off cravings
