its easy and probably safe !
i just started a new one this week dedicated to fruit.
ingredients so far include:
- mango
- peach
- green apple
- cucamelon
- banana
- lime
- plum
1. Strawberries
2. apples (specifically Granny Smith, pink lady, gala or anything similar)
3. blueberries (either when they’re tart or have that specific blueberry flavor)
4. Kiwis (with the skin on for fiber 🤭)
5. Cantaloupe
Started packing lunch recently to save some money.
Clementines felt like a good entry-level fruit. They’re also designed and packaged by God to be perfect for bringing to work.
I instantly got addicted to clementines. Ate about 4-5 per day.
Now I’m trying to get into some deeper cuts. Bought some apples this week. They’re super good too.
swab the letter as soon as you open it so you know for sure it’s from them. they may be in another country, but their germs are growing in my apartment…
