and big one in my household. no green for me! pale yellow to eat w cereal or yogurt tiny speckles to eat solo optimally medium speckles to eat solo semi ok OR smoothies heavy fat speckles for smoothies mostly brown/ all brown for baked goods black for compost

I’ve been primarily plant-based for four years now, and honestly all meals of the day have lost the strict categorization system that we’ve created.
I know they’re not vegetables, but a lot of times for breakfast I’ll have a bowl of red lentils!
A baked sweet potato could be a delicious breakfast, and if you’d like sweet breakfast, people eat those with honey or cinnamon sometimes!
It’s really anything goes. It doesn’t really make sense to me why you would have cereal or pancakes for breakfast, you’re so so much better off having a little broccoli stir fry.
Basically, I’m saying it’s all mental and you can just have any vegetable thing you would usually like.

i only ever eat with small spoons; like little, rounded and with a small handle 🥄
