my guru for Strength and Mobility is sutat.com He is a typical Marin, CA enlightened man-thanks to covid he migrated to the zoom. Very chill but also evidence based and tailored to fit.

I've been integrating stretching into my daily routine for a while... It's the first thing I do when I wake up, the last thing I do before going to sleep, and I usually stretch once or twice throughout the day because of how stiff I become bending over at my desk shrimp-style working from home. Sore AWAY!!!

I drink coffee before, during, and after coffee. If you want to cut down to just one you should go with after, maybe as late as with lunch for an afternoon buzz.
