wait do you mean like putting hot water into a thermos? love this idea! I usually run a wash cloth under hot water - too messy and cools down fast

i’m embracing the fact that i can use them not only when i’m in terrible pain but also just whenever i wanna be cozy. why wouldn’t i want a soothing warm weight on my tummy at all times?

Hot water bottle
An old classic - fill it up with hot water and put it in bed with you or on wherever you need. Thick rubber. Often come with cloth covers to make it less intensely hot. They sell mini ones too. Would that help?

a Hot water bottle
More often than not, I’m cold, my little home is cold, etc. I bought a hot water bottle, which I hold in my lap if I’m reading, working at my desk, chilling on my laptop. I tuck it under the covers at night. It’s very cozy and comforting and I find makes a huge difference
