i'm not in it for religious reasons, just for practicality and swag. you can layer underneath in the winter and it's flowy and airy in the summer. you never have to worry about something shifting and uncomfortably revealing part of your body. nobody tells you how wearing leggings underneath a long skirt basically means you get to feel like you're wearing your jammies in public while you look ethereal and put together. fuck it, wear a dress over pants. i get a lot of inspiration from stylish orthodox jewish and muslim women i see online though i don't follow any set of rules. evangelicals tend to be kind of swagless but sometimes mormons will come through with a hit. idk this stuff is just really comfortable and flattering

i like REALLY hate pants but i find this is a happy medium for keeping yourself covered but in a fun way thatβs customizable esp when itβs a lil too chilly outside for Bare Leg

incorporating long skirts into my everyday wardrobe has changed everything. i kind of dress like a prairie girl.. but itβs comfortable and stylish and timeless. so can you blame me?

best friend and i were yapping about how important it is to actually be celibate for a while and maybe even not date for a bit when you're single instead of hooking up until you find a partner. it sucks for a little bit and you are really forced to confront your demons and then one day you forget about it. whatever floats your boat but i think it's probably good for the soul to be celibate here and there and focus on other shit. i'll go like a whole year like it's nobody's business

seems like up till maybe 50 years ago if you knew the right guy with a printing press you could get some wild credit for being the first person to have a mostly normal thought. no matter how poorly you articulated it! sometimes it feels like the only sane thing to do is create your own critical framework....you are no less powerful than These Guys. they just made some of this stuff up
