đ±I've been a very jealous person at times. I'm sure you have too. My biggest pet peeve is people gossiping or complaining about people that they are actually just jealous of. I try my best to notice when I'm acting like this. It's annoying and a waste of your brain. When you're jealous of someone it's because they possess something you don't have. So if I'm feeling jealous I ask myself what do they have that I want? And then I can just add that thing to my ever changing list of desires and detach it from that person.

đ«Trying to let go of jealous energy as much as possible is something I believe has saved my life so far. You are great. No need to compete with your peers or even compare yourself to them. Everyone has such different things goin on in every way, and to base achievements or successes upon others can be very damaging. Rock with yourself please

đa big pet peeve I have is people complaining about not having community or only having âparty friendsâ etc BUT are they inviting their existing friends or acquaintances to go out for dinner, go thrifting, watch tv, book club, people watch, day trip, mulberry picking? no, they are not. are they introducing their friends to each other? also not. i hate to be a clichĂ© sometimes you gotta put some work into having the relationships you long for. plus: youâre part of the problem. AND have some appreciation for the friends you have instead of focusing so much in what you donât.

Nothing annoys me more about the American culture than the lack of enthusiasm. If I invite you to go somewhere and your answer is âsureâ or âwhy notâ, Iâm taking it back. I do not wanna be surrounded by indifferent people. Itâs unworthy.
