If you’re able to have it, it’s a great way to start and end the day. I find warm milk to be very comforting
cold milk also feels divine when it’s hot

Itchy sweaters

I got a really itchy sweater and it taught me lessons about resilience. it’s my fav now and also I realize that it kinda stops being itchy after 10 minutes u just gotta get used to it
