Not joking! Gotta let it all out and purge yourself of the emotions ... it feels good to be temporarily angry and upset, as long as you let it out now and not let it take over..😳Nothing better than screaming FUCKKKKKKK YOUUUUUUU as loud as you can alone in your bedroom and maybe throw a pillow on the ground for dramatic effect👍🏻

Some call it the nappucino. I did not invent the concept and am merely a proponent. Instructions as follows: 1. Drink coffee 2. Nap (no alarm) 3. Naturally awaken 20 minutes later as the caffeine starts to hit and go forward into the day with renewed focus and clarity
Also can be done with tea if you’re into that. You’re also then allowed to call it a tiesta.
