i am a stickler for being on time and by being on time i mean being 10 minutes early - i find it so disrespectful when people are consistently late because it just shows that they don’t respect my time and i don’t get the excuse that it’s just part of their personality bc if they really cared they would make an effort to change anyway this was brought on by the fact that i missed my very expensive train bc my friends were late

Now this may come as a surprise to people like me, but leaving on time for appointments actually stops you from being late. I’ve been on time for two doctor’s appointments last week and it really does change the tune to your entire day for the better. 🎶 Plus, not feeling rushed or anxious about being late makes you able to enjoy the ride there. You’re welcome!

Trying to ease my anxiety about getting to places as of late. People won’t hate you for being late one time when you are on time most of the time 😁

Last year my new year's resolution was to get hotter. To this day it is the best resolution I've ever made, because feeling hot forces you to be embodied. In 2023 I genuinely put time and energy into considering my corporeal form. What cuts of clothing make me feel powerful? What colors? What fabrics do I like to feel on my skin? What hairstyles accentuate my bone structure? What physical activity could I actually sustain and enjoy? How does my body feel energetically when I eat certain foods? It brought me out of a haze of digital overwhelm; I was no longer an avatar but a living, breathing, sweating, dancing, fucking human. Consider getting hotter today!

Become the bubbe you always dreamed of being ❣️ Some phrases to get you started: Chutzpah - a Yiddish classic, "panache", guts, grit, spunk Schlep - also a classic, meaning to lug a bunch of stuff around Kvetch - to whine / complain. This is very important. Schmooze - Being able to schmooze is the most important life skill: making chit chat and buttering people up along the way. Mishegas - Craziness. It's very helpful to blame everything on mishegas...
