let me put y'all on... you know those little seaweed packs at Trader Joe's that suck ass because they are so thin, barely have any salt on them, and disappear in a second? There is a balm for your troubles. enter: Nora seaweed snacks. They are sold at wh*le f**ds and are basically like if McDonald's fries were seaweed instead. They are CRUNCHY, SALTY, and in long STRIPS that are so so so satisfying to eat. I consume them like water. And the packaging is re-sealable so you can reuse them for other things like you would a ziplock baggie. trust me on this one.

Corn chips salted/seasoned with soy sauce. Seriously so good, complete chip game changer for me. + they come in a cute little bag. I get mine at sprouts but I used to get them from Whole Foods when I lived close to one. Probs avail @ most natural grocers.

Last year my new year's resolution was to get hotter. To this day it is the best resolution I've ever made, because feeling hot forces you to be embodied. In 2023 I genuinely put time and energy into considering my corporeal form. What cuts of clothing make me feel powerful? What colors? What fabrics do I like to feel on my skin? What hairstyles accentuate my bone structure? What physical activity could I actually sustain and enjoy? How does my body feel energetically when I eat certain foods? It brought me out of a haze of digital overwhelm; I was no longer an avatar but a living, breathing, sweating, dancing, fucking human. Consider getting hotter today!
