American Bison are being reintroduced around the country. Their incredible for so many reasons, indigenous cultures, grassland ecology, among just being big beautiful beasts of the prairie.
Here's a herd I saw the other day in Minnesota.
They would visit my house nearly every day and hang out in the woods or the mom would hop the fence into my backyard for some me time. I would like to believe that this young buck is one of her fawn because when they started growing older I noticed one of them had horns and I always spot him within a couple of blocks of my house :~) ❤️
Dude walked e-v-e-r-y street in NYC over the course of years. Did little increments each day. Wrote about all sorts of random things relating to the city as he went along.
