I got this as a gag gift last year but only recently discovered that it’s actually pretty effective at reducing anxiety and nausea at least for a sec. peppermint lavender and some other smells. i can’t find it in my room rn so just trust me

We use eyemasks to block light and headphones to block sounds - use a roll-on essential oil under your nose and on your temples to block unpleasant smells, and thus unpleasant vibes. I like lavender for its calming effect🪻

this is the second year I’ve adopted this planner scrapbook documenting format but the techo size and paper quality truly takes the practice to another level of serenity. A no-frills trivia quiz generator. you pick the category or combination of categories, and the app generates a ten question timed quiz with multiple choice questions. Great for brushing up on trivia and learning new areas. Too many apps these days require an internet connection! So this is a good one for travel.
