has anyone posted about mixing pasta shapes yet
i love doing this just no combining short and long pasta this is reserved for shorter pasta shapes only… and you put them in in the order of needing most to least time

pleeeasssseeee do i love the tiny ones sprinkled in its so cute finding them!!! i think it would be even cooler trying this with the silly branded cartoon ones or alphabet :3

u know what i will try it before slandering further… im just really into sprinkling tiny stellete or pastina or orzo alongside the medium sized ones (penne, rigatoni, fusili, etc.)

consider mezze maniche
absolutely agree that the most versatile pasta shape is rigatoni. mezze maniche are shorter and wider but essentially give you the same vibe. i prefer them overall.
