digital camera

got a $40 digital camera bc i kept running out of storage on my phone. it is so fun and the quality isn't perfect, but it is nostalgic and dreamy, and shoots well in bright light. at some point having every function in one device became, somehow, addictive AND boring. more dedicated media devices in 2025!

the warm y2k look they capture on film makes it feel timeless. Instax cameras that instantly print out film of what they took also give me this wistful feeling!

Live studio audiences

Recently, I have taken to calling the feeling of being constantly perceived “a live studio audience.” Abstract non-entity…. They only laugh at me when the tiny PA of my subconscious holds up a cue card telling them to.
