having a uniform
i've come to terms with the fact that i kind of only wear jeans with a button down and a sweater + the same shoes every day. it bothered me for a while but now i love how much mental energy it frees up. matching the color of my sweater to a fun pair of socks is the perfect amount of daily self expression for me, i don't need any more

I was thinking of doing this but having a different uniform for each of the 7 days of the week. so I could still have variety but take out the mental energy because Monday’s outfit is always Monday’s
