I hate to sound doomer about this but

care is a lifelong activity you’ll probably have to do for the rest of your life - the fortunate part is the ability to assess and make choices on who’s thoughts you should care about and why if there’s an important enough role in your life then you def will be caring for a bit but if it’s a random stranger/someone you met once who cares

Unrequited love isnt noble, its tiring. The answer isnt to stop caring though, he clearly doesn't reciprocate your care, so you should care about something that actually rewards you for caring. its more fun. it makes you care about yourself more too. ppl are too nonchalant now. caring is actually dope
