i love my salted yogurt and eat it ceremoniously with a small spoon. definitely helps me take it easy. sometimes i see people eat yogurt so fast like they have so many important things to do and i feel pathetic for my habits.

i tent to eat slow in general ... I usually serve myself too much yogurt and get full before finishing ... my impromptu rec is OATLY brand oat-gurt. fabulous dairy-free option, taste so good

100% relate. i make pretty good smoothies in the morning with Greek yogurt but sometimes it’s just too much/too heavy. i don’t really like breakfast I’m general until I’ve been up for a few hours. just feel like I can’t eat when I wake up

I used to (and still kind of do) hate the texture of yogurt, however just forcing myself to eat it in small bites has gotten me somewhat used to it. I've been trying to have a cup of it a day and the adjustment period for the first 3 days ish was kinda rough because of bloating but since then I've been feeling pretty good and not having as many gut issues

I always eat a teaspoon of plain Greek yogurt
As I finish dishing out my desired amount
the spoon always has some yogurt stuck on it
I don't want to dirty my hands scraping it off
or another utensil to wash
so i put it in my mouth
no honey to sweeten the pot
no cinnamon for warmth
the taste always sits too heavy
too acrid, too sour
it makes me nauseous
but i do it anyway, when i could just wash it away
because i believe, secretly,
that i deserve to suffer if just a little bit if i am to have something good

it takes 8 hours. it’s important to do slow things in a world that is moving too fast.

tomorrow PI.FYI launches to the public
this project is the result of thousands of hours spent coding everything from scratch after I got laid off six months ago
no thiel-bucks or weirdo outsider money, just a pure desire to make something fun and true to Perfectly Imperfect’s day one goal of helping people find new things from real human beings, not algorithms or AI
a pure labor of love that I’ve been quietly plotting for two years and it’s completely self-funded from my (rapidly) dwindling savings account
so thank you for coming along for this weird ride 🫶 let's see where it goes
