there is an epidemic of rudeness in every American airport. Cutting lines, deboarding out of order, snapping at customer service, etc. but all that frustration melted away when I talked to Scott from florida in the seat next to me, starting with him showing me a video of gorillas his nephew sent him. Made me feel much more comfortable on the flight and improved the experience for us both. Really restored my hope that there is connection out there you just need to grab it
