not kicking off your shoes
so i have a habit of grabbing a tied sneaker by the heel with my other foot, yanking it out, doing the other one by bringing it up in a 90° angle and twisting it off. IF YOU HAVE KNEE PAIN THIS MIGHT BE THE CAUSE since i stopped twisting my tied shoe off, i kinda notice less knee pain. bend over, untie those bunny ears, be dutiful and blessed 🦵

Tiramisu overnight oats

went to the camera museum in south plainfield NJ which was in a decrepit mansion run by two lovely senile men. ended up getting a free hi8 camera and books out of it so dont forget these strange pockets of your municipality
