Can’t sleep? French films.

or any film in a foreign language on mubi. press play and lie back. your eyes may be too tired to read the subtitles but your brain will subconsciously work to understand the audio and thus silence any other software you have running. also, french is a euphonic and unstressed language.
i have knocked out to ‘un film dramatique’ in 30 minutes or less every night this week.
